SubsTrack
These terms cover your use of the SubsTrack app (developer: Islom Yuldashev, AirSoft). By installing and using the app you agree to them. How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
1. The app
SubsTrack helps you keep track of your subscriptions, reminds you about payments and shows spending statistics. The app doesn't make payments and doesn't manage your subscriptions with any service. It only works with the data you enter.
2. Premium
- Premium comes in two forms: a one-time purchase (lifetime) and a yearly subscription. Both are sold through Google Play. The price is shown in the Google Play window before you buy.
- The yearly subscription renews automatically every year. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, you will be charged for the next year. To cancel: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- If there is a free trial and you don't cancel before it ends, the subscription becomes paid.
- Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policies.
- If Premium ends, data you have already saved is not deleted.
3. Exchange rates and totals
Different currencies are converted using rates from the Central Bank of Uzbekistan. Rates and totals are for information only: they may differ from what your bank or a service actually charges. Don't base financial decisions solely on the numbers in the app.
4. Reminders
Reminders rely on Android alarms. System settings, battery saving or permissions may delay them or stop them from arriving. Paying on time remains your responsibility.
5. Your data and backups
Your data is stored only on your device. If you uninstall the app or lose the device, the data is lost too. So create backups regularly (Premium). If you forget a backup's password, the file can't be opened and we can't recover it.
6. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. This includes missed payments, wrong calculations and data loss.
7. Prohibited use
You may not hack or reverse-engineer the app, or unlock or redistribute Premium by illegitimate means.
8. Changes and governing law
If these terms change, this page and the date above will be updated. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. This does not limit the consumer rights that the law of your country of residence gives you.
